Fitness Class Schedule
New or changed classes are highlighted below in yellow.

Each class is 1 hour long, except the following: 
     Spin on Sundays - 30 minutes
     Intro to Spin on Wednesdays - 30 minutes
HIIT (high intensity interval training): HIIT is an interval training class (similar to Tabata) which includes cardio, 
strength training and fat burn. This class will return this fall. 

Insanity Live: Insanity is a total body workout using your own body weight for resistance.
